Samantha Caine

Samantha Caine is a passionate revenue growth manager, marketer, and strategist who enjoys leveraging analytical and creative thinking to develop and elevate consumer-facing brands.
She is currently a Senior Revenue Growth Manager at Hasbro, leading global pricing across the toy and games juggernaut's portfolio.

Samantha began her career at L'Oréal as a brand manager on storied brands including Maybelline and L'Oréal Paris. She then was tapped to join L'Oréal's budding Revenue Growth Management Team, spearheading the consumer products division's promotional strategy and leading the Hair Color category's price/pack architecture and mix management.
After earning her MBA, Samantha joined McKinsey & Company where she was a member of the Growth, Marketing, and Sales practice.
Samantha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she graduated with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar, an honor awarded to the top 5% of the graduating class. She also holds a BSBA with majors in Marketing and Art History from Washington University in St. Louis. In her free time, Samantha serves on the board of the Griffin Cares Foundation, a non-profit focused on providing support to families facing pregnancy or infant loss.

Natalia Glushchenko is a seasoned Revenue Growth and Business Controlling professional with over 15 years of experience driving profitable growth across leading global CPG companies, including Peet’s, Danone, Nestlé, and Anheuser-Busch.
She has led revenue management strategies across portfolios, delivering impact through strategic pricing, promotional effectiveness, optimized trade investments, and product mix strategies.

She has successfully launched new categories, reshaped go-to-market strategies, and led cross-functional initiatives that drove both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency across the U.S., Europe, and Central Asia.
Currently spearheading business and financial growth initiatives at Magnolia Bakery CPG business development, Natalia brings a passion for unlocking new revenue opportunities, optimizing operational models. Her approach combines sharp financial discipline with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and commercial execution
