Stuart Hartley is the Bacardi Technology Director for RGM and the Global Travel Retail business function. Bacardi are the largest privately held, family-owned spirits company in the world with a portfolio of more than 200 brands and labels. Stuart comes with over 30 years of experience in CPG with tier 1 international brands. With a background in sales, marketing and other commercial roles his consumer centric RGM approach have helped the enterprises deliver value-based pricing enabling significant net sales value and margin growth.

Prior to Bacardi, Stuart worked at Mondelez helping them to achieve record year on year revenue and profit. He successfully implemented data & digital analytical transformation programs in CRM, predictive pricing and promotional tools across Europe, Africa, South and North America.

Pavel Mityushkin

Revenue Growth Manager Europe | BIC

Pavel Mityushkin is Revenue Growth Manager Leader with more than 15+ years of experience across both food and non-food CPG leading brands. Since 2020, Pavel has led the deployment of multiple AI-driven Retail Execution and RGM software in Bonduelle and BIC locally and globally. Deep knowledge of sales and marketing processes and hands-on experience in operational RGM execution were key to understanding and supporting the teams going through significant changes.
 
With background in business intelligence and commercial excellence, Pavel combines execution excellence approach with analytical mindset to build scalable RGM frameworks that deliver long-term business impact in complex, competitive environments.

Maurício Esteves

Senior Industry Advisor | Microsoft

Maurício is currently a Microsoft Senior Industry Advisor focusing on Sales Transformation, Trade Promotion and Revenue Growth Management for Consumer Products companies, based in EMEA.  Mauricio joined Microsoft in January 2022 after seven years at Nike, initially leading strategic partnerships in product and manufacturing innovation, and later leading digital transformation within Nike’s end-to-end S&OP process, focusing on Sourcing & Manufacturing.  Among other academic credentials, Maurício has a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MITx and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Bertrand Pantou is a CPG industry expert with nearly 20 years of experience in designing and executing transformative Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies. His expertise as a consultant and former sales and account director has honed his skills in navigating CPG-retailer relationships. As RGM Senior Manager of Strategic Advisory for EMEA, Bertrand leverages his extensive account management background with retail manufacturers, such as McCain Foods and Internasck Group, to drive impactful RGM projects. Since joining XTEL, he has focused on advancing promotion, trade, and investment strategies, as well as pricing strategies, for leading CPGs across various markets.
