Working globally with multinational organisations and industry giants like Mars, Reckitt, Amazon, Disney and Castrol, she has worked to develop high-impact commercial strategies, launching global initiatives, and revitalizing category portfolios. Whether building future-ready frameworks or launching large-scale digital and trade marketing programs, she combines data-driven insight with creative execution to deliver scalable business impact across B2C, B2B, D2C, and omnichannel environments.

In her current role at Mars as Product Owner of Global Strategic Revenue Management, she is working at the heart of digital transformation of RGM, focusing on AI enabled products. Victor Arias

Director - Revenue Growth Strategy – Mondelēz International

A seasoned executive in the FMCG industry, Victor has a vast experience spanning roles in Commercial Strategy, RGM, Trade Marketing, and Sales in his 20+ years career. Working in multinational companies like P&G, Nestle and Mondelez , he has experience developing and integrating RGM divisions into companies at global, regional and local level, uniting portfolios after high profile acquisitions and supporting the establishment of processes and KPIs across all channels.

Victor has been tasked with developing and rolling out the SRM function in Nestle, adjusting and adapting consultant playbooks into workable and KPI driven processes to roll out across 18 markets. In his latest role in Mondelez he established the RGM function from zero in Mexico (a top 5 market), while integrating the pricing, portfolio and PPA strategy for a newly acquired confectionary company of bringing total sales to 1.7 billion USD (+400M USD revenue improvement in just 1 year)

Pol Vanaerde

Founder – EPP - Pricing Platform

Pol has a successful market strategy track record. He was responsible for the European launch of Alpro Soyfoods and was elected as marketer of the year in Belgium. Later he joined McBride PLC (private label detergents & cosmetics) as European Marketing Manager and Conoco-Philips as New Business Manager. Pricing was always one of his key responsibilities. He is the initiator and president of the EPP and is responsible for the vision development and daily management.

Furthermore, Pol is an experienced consultant and guest lecturer at several international universities and has a track record of a large portfolio of in-companies (product management, market strategy, and price management) in different industries worldwide.

Head of RGM and Transformation, Ice Cream Asia – Unilever

Cantekin is an accomplished leader with expertise in Revenue Growth Management, General Management, Category Management, and Customer Development.

As the current Head of RGM & Transformation for Unilever's Ice Cream Category in Asia, he oversees operations in markets such as China, Philippines and rest Southeast Asia countries. Previously, he played a key role in shaping global RGM strategies and integrating AI tools as the Senior Global RGM Lead.
Cantekin also served as Managing Director for the Caucasus & Central Asia, driving P&L growth across six countries.
Apart from his professional merit at Unilever,  Cantekin is a Member of Board of Advisors of his Alma Mater, Bilkent University, Ankara Turkiye, and he is actively mentoring possible future leaders at Bilkent University’s Faculty of Business Administration.
