Samantha Caine

Samantha Caine is a passionate revenue growth manager, marketer, and strategist who enjoys leveraging analytical and creative thinking to develop and elevate consumer-facing brands.
She is currently a Senior Revenue Growth Manager at Hasbro, leading global pricing across the toy and games juggernaut's portfolio.

Samantha began her career at L'Oréal as a brand manager on storied brands including Maybelline and L'Oréal Paris. She then was tapped to join L'Oréal's budding Revenue Growth Management Team, spearheading the consumer products division's promotional strategy and leading the Hair Color category's price/pack architecture and mix management.
After earning her MBA, Samantha joined McKinsey & Company where she was a member of the Growth, Marketing, and Sales practice.
Samantha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she graduated with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar, an honor awarded to the top 5% of the graduating class. She also holds a BSBA with majors in Marketing and Art History from Washington University in St. Louis. In her free time, Samantha serves on the board of the Griffin Cares Foundation, a non-profit focused on providing support to families facing pregnancy or infant loss.
